Overseas Operations manages operations, security, logistics, and more for the 黑料不打烊’s country offices and international travelers. Interns supporting this office during the spring session will primarily assist with planning and execution of the annual health program reviews event and also provide some support for peace programs. In the fall, the intern assists with health program review planning, supporting peace programs, and projects related to supply chain management. Other duties include working with vendors in Atlanta and overseas field staff regarding the purchase and shipping of materials and supplies, shipping documentations, and the Center's eProcurement system. Interns also draft documents that focus on travel safety and security. Prospective interns must have exceptional customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working with cloud-based databases and systems.
• Assist with all aspects of planning for the annual Health Program reviews
• Facilitate research on topics related to travel, safety and security, event planning, and/or procurement
• Create PowerPoint presentations for various meetings
• Assist procurement team with supply chain management and information systems implementation projects
• Assist the senior. associate director on safety- and security-related projects
• Assist the senior associate director supporting peace program-specific tasks as needed
• Strong interest in supporting public health initiatives
• Experience in event/meeting planning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
